Room Reservation Guidelines

Requests must be submitted four business days in advance of time requested. Film Studies space is available only for course-related student activities, faculty use, or department-sponsored events.

Only rooms listed on survey are available to reserve through Film Studies. Applications for use of the Kenan Hall Black Box must be submitted separately using the Black Box Application Form. Room reservations requests for the Fisher University Union and Fisher Student Center must go through Campus Life, 910-962-7098.
